Packages n. pl., the three ways to work with me

1. Scoping
from $2,500 · 1–2 weeks
A written scope, a map of your data and architecture, and a fixed quote for each Build. Its price is fixed before it starts, and it’s credited to the Build if you go ahead within 30 days.
2. Build
from $10,000 · 4–12 weeks
A working product, delivered in milestones at a fixed price. You see a demo every week and pay per milestone. A larger system runs as several Builds in a row.
3. Retainer
from $2,000/month
Ongoing work on a product I’ve built or scoped. Pause or cancel any month.

Plate III. Scoping comes first and takes one to two weeks. A Build runs four to twelve weeks; the hatched spans are the range, and a larger system runs as several Builds in a row. A Retainer follows month by month and can pause any month.

    Scoping. A week or two, and a fixed quote.

  2. 2

    Build. Milestones, a demo every week, and you pay per milestone.

  3. 3

    Handover. Code in your repository, every right I hold in it assigned to you on final payment, and written docs.

Plate IV. A six-week Build, for example, drawn to scale: one week of Scoping, six weeks of Build with a demo at the end of each, then Handover. The number of milestones is fixed in the Scoping proposal.

Contracts and invoices go through SamDev, LLC, a Delaware company. Prices in USD.

I’m Sami. I’ve spent five years building interfaces and the systems behind them, most recently pharmacy and maritime tools. I work from Annaba, Algeria (UTC+1), and I reply within one business day.
